Shipping policy

Processing Times

All orders are hand-poured, packed and dispatched with care from Hampshire. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days, although this may vary during busy periods or product launches.

If your order is expected to take longer, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and begin once your order has been dispatched.

Whilst we aim to ensure prompt delivery, Aycee Apothec cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by postal services, couriers, adverse weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs where appropriate. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delivery Addresses

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.

Warm Weather

As our products are made from natural coconut wax, they may soften or melt if exposed to high temperatures. During periods of unusually warm weather, we may delay dispatch for a short time to ensure your order arrives in the best possible condition. If this affects your order, we will keep you informed.
